About David Pinkham

David is a licensed REALTOR with Gulf Shores Realty in Venice Florida.
I am blessed to live in Venice Florida! This is truly as good as it gets!

As a seasoned Real Estate Agent, my personal goal is to take care of my customers to the best of my abilities.  I strive to build long-lasting relationships with all those that I come in contact with.  

Prior to real estate, I served the community as a Firefighter/EMT for 28.5 years, working for Sarasota County Emergency Services, retiring as a Station Lieutenant.  

Real Estate has always been a passion, and in my early 20’s I contracted and built our first home. Over the many years since then, my wife Melissa and I have purchased, fixed up and then re-sold many properties. All these past experiences buying and selling properties have made the transition to helping customers with their real estate needs easy and natural. 

I would not have achieved any of these goals without my lovely wife Melissa and our three children, David, Amanda and Margaret. I am also blessed to have many grandchildren. 

I maintain professional affiliations with the Venice Area Board of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, Multiple Listing Service, Venice Area Chamber of Commerce
